Garvey to host Home Nations ‘Plus’ Masters

Lisnagarvey’s Hillsborough ground has been confirmed as the hosts for the 2010 Home Nations ‘Plus’ Masters Tournament in August – one of the biggest hockey festivals in Ireland and Britain.

Along with regular participants, England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, it is anticipated that a number of other international teams will participate.

Teams from Austria, France and the USA have already expressed an interest in taking part while invites have also been extended to Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore in the wake of the Irish Masters trip to Hong Kong last summer.

If anyone is interested in playing for an Ireland team at 40s or 50s level, male or female, send your contact details to players@irelandmasters.com and they will be in touch with training dates and matches.
